High Grade Customer Service

blue 300x300 High Grade Customer ServiceAre you unyielding customer a spot on the highest? Do you routinely “come through” as a provider of exemplary services to your customers? You will probably have been very disappointed at some point or another about the service you receive from the seller, an Internet hosting company, a hairdresser or one of thousands of different service providers. Frankly, customer service in many areas – retail, for one – not what is used. However, where poor customer service there is also a great opportunity. Read on, and I will explain.

Suppose you are in areas that are routinely service for the customers. Customer expectations can be low and there is nothing to expect first class service. Perhaps the most customers only “price sensitive” and deliver no matter how fast or how well. However, you can bet that there is a percentage of customers who know the service that runs up and over the industry’s standard estimate. These customers usually pay a little extra for the services actually used them. When you can use this customer base, you can create a niche, raise prices, and more money in the long term.

Depending on your industry, you can command a premium price 10-25% above the average of the operator. That may not sound very impressive, but it could be the difference between eating steak or hamburger eating ban. You do not know about you but I prefer to eat steak!

Of course, a high level of customer service means that you sweat. You are welcome to repeat [all its in the attitude, baby!] Or the improvement of existing projects, to meet the customer pays too well. This is what sets you apart from the pack.

If you are satisfied with the “status quo” then that is okay. But do not expect that the customers themselves against the door to work. At least consumers will not be better!
